Add: Toggle badge notifications on/off for servers and DMs (Android, IOS, PC)

Won't it be nice to be able to not receive badge notifications from massive active servers and make sure you only get badge notifs for DMs? Because I am in around 100 Servers, the Badge Notification is always 9+ for me and I havent got use out of it basically since I have Discord. By implementing a on/off switch the usability of the Badge number will be dramatically increased.

Example: App Settings / Notifications: Enable Badge Notification for Servers. (on/off)

This Setting would be (on) by default. If you want your Badge to count up only for dms you can turn it (off). Another possibility would be to do dms and also direkt pings from servers, but think the first option is better.

I am aware that you can just mute every single server and every single chat but the Badge Notification will still count up for @role pings and such. Also this is not an option for most users since theyre in 50+ Servers they dont even use.

I wrote (Android, IOS, PC) because I think this is important, not only for PC, but for the mobile app aswell.
