Mouse wheel scrolling while dragging server icons [Feature request]

For organizing server icons, we currently drag and drop them in the order we want. Sometimes we are in more servers than can fit in our window. So we have to drag, and scroll by pushing the list of servers by dragging the icon to the edge (up/down) of the screen.

Allow users to scroll the servers while dragging a server icon by using the mouse wheel.
