My account got stoled, nitro buy without my permission and now my account is disabled

Since the 03/08/2021 at 07:00 AM, someone have steal my account Misaki#0911

He have remove every boost and add this on is own server, this is not the problems.

My paypal was on the account and he have buy some nitro with this, i have tried to contact the support 3x but i get 0 answer.

Today, i contact paypal for see if i can get refund for that, and i see my account is now disabled..

How is it possible ? and how i can get back my account ? i got all my friends and servers on this account.
