Rewrite the code that autofills emojis so that it uses the same algorithm that is used when autofilling mentions.

Currently, if I'm in a discord server with three other people named "Basketball", "Sunglasses", and "Fish", and I type "@s" in the text box, it will give me all three people as options to autofill by pressing enter (because all three people have an "s" in their name). If I then add an "e", now leaving "@se" in the text box, it will narrow down my options to "Basketball" and "Sunglasses", because both of these names have an "s", and then at some point an "e" in them. This is current functionality, and it is great!

However, let's say I want to type the "Basketball" emoji. If I type ":Basketbll" in the text box (notice the missing "a", looks like I made a minor typo when typing it out!), the "Basketball" emoji is not listed as an autofill option. Clearly, this is not great functionality. 

I propose that yall developers rewrite the code that autofills emojis to use the same algorithm that is used to autofill for @'s.
