Discord account disabled and no response

My account got disabled for 'spamming' even though I don't remember spamming anyone. The last time I think I did was 2 years ago when my friend and I were spamming each other. It could also have been that I was in a server that participated in raids but I didn't know that. I'm in a lot of servers but not active in most of them.

If that's the case then I don't understand how I got banned when I didn't spam or raid.

I sent multiple emails to different Discord Support emails, it's been almost 3 days now, and no response...I heard that my account will automatically get deleted after 2 weeks so I'm really panicking as that account had so much on it.

Discord please fix your support team, I see a lot of people that still haven't gotten replies after a week or probably never got a reply.
