Create display of the current time of the different users according to their timezone so anybody can see

just like the usual timestamp we can see near each user  when he\she messaged.
also add the timestamp of his\her timezone according to their country.  
so eventually we can see at what time they message, *their current time*.

as you see i added their timeline in red, this can be really helpul also to know before sending a user message, so we wouldn't remember which country he is and what time is it at his region. we can just see it plane simple.

    This is a privacy issue. If this is added as a feature, users should be able to toggle whether others can see their time zone, ideally on a per-server basis.
