AND, OR, and NOT operators for Search Bar

Hi, I'd like to request the implementation of logical operators to the search function within servers. This would allow for much more precise searching capabilities. Ex. we could exclude a certain member or channel from our searches.

  Yes, I think the search bar could be expanded on too. If you want to do some complex searches in the meantime, you can export the chat [see https://github.com/Tyrrrz/DiscordChatExporter] and run some script on the returned json
