Windowed mode broken

I restarted my pc today after a bit of lag, and when it came back, discord had no windowed mode bar at the top. Is this something that is new now? Because if it's an issue, it needs fixed A.S.A.P, as it makes using the app much more difficult, the picture included showing how it looks, all the way shrunk down (notice lack of minimize, maximize, and closing buttons at the top right)

    As another thing I found, it won't even allow me to re-download the setup.exe file. Where should I go to send the error logs?
