Discord Slow Mode Bug

Just happened to me in a server (as well as some other members):

It was a joke, but basically the server slowmode was set to 6 hrs per message for awhile, and then reset to 1min per message.

However, any members who sent message during the 6 hrs slowmode still has 6 hrs countdown even after it's set to 1 min. 

This is based on my observation. What my friends and I have done:

1. Restarting discord - didn't fix, countdown resurface after awhile

2. Removing slowmode entirely - fixes the problem

3. Recovering 1 min slowmode after removal - 6 hrs countdown continues

  Someone told me he had this issue as well but that turning slow mode off didn't fix the problem.
