Text Chat Message Move for Staff Members

The ability to move a chat message to another channel would be very helpful for staff members. This is especially useful if you have a dedicated staff channel for Ideas or a Todo, and then a dedicated staff only chat channel. An idea for future development could be spoken about in the staff only chat channel, to then be moved to the ideas or todo channel for organization purposes. The same idea applies for situations when you have music channel meant for only music bot commands, and a member speaks in the channel. The member’s message could simply be moved to the correct casual talking channel.
