User Evading Bans - Over 5,000 Accounts

Hello.

I have a user who has been constantly ban evading and harassing my server community for 4 months. He has been banned on over 300 accounts and constantly attempts to join my server, with inappropriate names and profile pictures. When he bypasses the chat filter I have, he has posted slurs and spams pings people until my staff/ bots detects him. He sends people friend requests and has joined other servers I am in with over 40+ accounts, sending users friend requests and messages/pictures of me like a bot. The person in question has mentioned that they have bought over 5,000 bot accounts and several people have reached out to me about it, one person who I personally saw as extremely irritated and mentally exhausted.

I have contacted Discord Trust & Safety about this issue, but no consideration has been taken. I had asked my local Law Enforcement to help me in these regards, and Discord did not comply with them. I am once reaching out again to see what can be done.
