Discord account hacked and buy nitro gifts

Hello. Everyone I need help. One time i buy nitro classic like month ago. But Someone hacked my Discord account and buy 2 times nitro gifts for 9,99 USD. And someone wants to buy one more but I don't have more money on my PayPal, so he cant buy it . When i see that. I send a ticket I want a refund/chargeback for that. I send it more times because I find more and more information about that. But then my account got stopped/banned for chargebacks. I don't know what to do. So I write them on Twitter with all information. If anyone can help me. xRiro8#2005 (hacked discord).

    Hey! You should contact Discords customer support and contact your bank for help. 

    You can also file a complaint to authorities about this as this is illegal.

    i got the same problem someone hacked my account and chnaged password + email and bought 3 10$ nitros

     

    i made 2 tickets 1 to recover my account and 1 to get a refund

    i also tried to contact discord on twitter no response from any tickets

    i have same issue, been 6 weeks since then and no reply to my email, they dont even care about account safety to be honest, they will at the very least completely delete your hacked account, just like they did with my friends. im still waiting on response for refund cause they bought almost 300 worth of nitro on my account

    Happened to my account too. 2 minutes later i got a Sms that i have a paypay fraud. I think that is their strategy. They are getting your discord account and from that you telephone number and paypal address. So that they could get something from you over sms.
