Why is giving Feedback so difficult?

I find It way too difficult to give feedback on Discord. I could not do it from my Discord client and for some reason, I could not log in to my Discord account to give feedback and had to create this new one. I just wanted to express my unhappiness with the horrible new username changes and it really did help me be less angry the more I got frustrated the harder It was to access this website. In case you think it would be a bad thing if users would write something quickly because they are angry and that reduces the quality of these posts, I would very much disagree. it's been a day and the more time I spend on this stupid topic the more unnecessarily upset I get.
