Has the support team solved any of your problems?

I have been following here for days. Many people have the same problem, but I have not seen anyone solved. 

Maybe the person whose problem is solved does not come back here again, I don't know, but I wanted to ask because I was curious, has any problem ever been solved?

Now a strange troll with a cryptocurrency account writes a similar answer to everyone, it is very clear that he is not from the support team, but they still do not even ban this account from here, so they are "officially" making fun of us.

Where is the support team? Who runs this forum?

    yes I know that, they are busy automatically marking the requests I create as solved...

    the feedback forum is just as important as the support forum, this is an official discord web site and people are trying to scam people here and discord doesn't see it!
