What do i do if a bot responds to my requests and cant get unbanned

i didnt get an email why i got banned and i cant get unbanned either because i dont get any explanation why i am banned or if i can even get unbanned, maybe someone can help?

    If a bot responds to your request, you can reply to that request to get it pushed to a human representative. I hope this helps.

    They will still push the "solved" button. 
    I have re-opened my ticket around 6-7 times now and its still being ignored

    They will ignore request. One of my tickets got assigned to Trust and safety which is funny and they have yet to give me an answer on if my account will be reinstated its been 30days now.
