Add a feature to whitelist users from streamer mode for notification sound when in VC

I really don't want the voice channel join and leave notification sound for everyone in streamer mode, but when it comes to personalization, it would be great if we could whitelist some users that would bypass the streamer mode and we(who is in streamer mode) can get notification sound when they(users added in whitelist) join or leave...

That would be a great feature for many. What are your opinion?
