AV1 encoding of streams with GPUs other than the 4080/4090

The title says it all. Currently Discord allows AV1 encoding of streams with RTX 4080 and 4090, but these are not the only cards that support AV1 encoding. In addition to the aforementioned cards, the entire RTX 40 series and Radeon 7000 series also supports AV1 encoding. Since AV1 allows much much lower bandwidth usage WHILE allowing higher quality streams, it seems like an amazing feature to have, even if only with Nitro.
