Send all envidance to recover my account from false age information : 2 DAy passed

ticket left remain open, no respone from the staff since then.

the EA support team i used to contact is way faster then this support team, i just send a ticket in just a min and they alredy send a real human to dealing with my issues it just like 10 min after.

i send all my envidences and requests items to the file waiting for them to just update and undisable my account, if they going to work like a lazy sloth, they should not false disable me in the first place, this is ridiculous. this is full 2 day without any respone, do they have that fews staffs for this applications when they start false bans a tons of people?..i wonder how long for them to review my ticket…even that i still think if they gonna have any issue review the ticket, what i going to do next?….wait another weeks for them to respone again?…if i send another ticket to fix the first ticket problem..will they still going to respone?… i alredy mark my age 2001 and the disable cuase i under 13,what is this false information that get me disable out.

i cant working around with my local peoples, cant do anythings right now. start a new account it the last thing i want to do if it not alredy wrost..get new account is sure going to be a one hells of works to get everythings back.
