Startup crashing even after complete reinstall

Discord on the Windows 10 app crashes after the updating popup, persisting despite fully (and I mean FULLY) uninstalling and reinstalling the Discord app multiple times. Very rarely it works as normal, though restarting my whole computer just because Discord doesn't want to open is very obnoxious and I've been up for the past 4 hours trying to fix this, I've fully rebooted my PC multiple times, 3 of which being full shutdowns and unplugging the power. Any help at all would be very useful.
