Make external emojis on About Me only count 1 character.

As you may already know, external emojis are already a feature in About Me. It is a really neat feature, but it comes with a few issues that really bug me and many other users.

Currently, when using external emojis, the character limit also counts External Emoji's names despite only occupying the same space as 1 character.

That means that, if you are to use an emoji with an absurdly long name because the server owner thoght it was funny, you will be wasting characters for what basically appears as 1 single character.

I request for Emojis to be counted as 1 character only, allowing the About Me section to be more versatile.
