My account will be deleted after 10 days, please help, it has been disabled due to fake report.

My account was disabled due to a fake report. My friend sent me a phone number that did not belong to anyone, made up of random numbers. So I took a screenshot and sent it back to him. He also reported me. Afterwards my account was closed. However, I submitted it to your support team along with the videos. I couldn't communicate with a human in any way. Your clyde bot said that I violated the rules by copy-pasting and published someone else's information, and that my ban would not be opened. Then I tried contacting a human support team, but your nelly bot kept marking my tickets as resolved. I am attaching the latest situation as a photo below. I am innocent and victimized. please help.

    Discord team is for no reason “inactive”, i'm french, and they reply really fast, that weird for me.
