Bekam eine Bestätigung für die Änderung meines Passworts. Nur ich weiß es nicht mehr

  First of all i hope you understand English as i do understand German(i am Dutch) but I cannot write it(sorry for that)

  Secondly the short answer will be…. No they cannot nor wil help you with this request, i tried it before but because of safety reason(they said) they cannot reset passwords for people.

  For me it meant that i lost acces to all 15 server that i managed and build myself for other gamers.

  The only thing they said was that I could make a new account and start all over again.
