my account is still disabled no reason

I keep making these posts because of a false ban and Its always the same bot that answers with “You violated community guidelines” WHAT FLKlNG GUIDELINE!!??? 
YOU NEVER ANSWER ANY PEOPLE ON HERE. 
JUST SOME RANDOM BOTS THAT KEEP POSTING COPY-PASTING THE SAME MESSAGES. 
TELL ME WHAT GUIDELINE I BROKE AND THEN I'll be on my way. And LET me guess...  you can't name the one I violated because I didn't violate anything.  
YOU'RE JUST TAKING THE PISS. PLUS you guys just don't give a DAMN about your users and just can't be bothered to look into our problems. AND I BET I'll either get this ticket market “solved” or some bot will answer.

I'll either get some random reply from a bot or some made-up thing I did. but I couldn't care less, I just want a god damn answer from you guys.

    Where do you see the violation message? I haven't been able to log in for a week with a disabled message and they won't even reply to a ticket to tell me what's wrong
