how to fix a disabled Account

Hi. It says that my is Account Disabled when i try to login and my phone number doesn't work so plz help me with it i am struggling now

i’m on day 6 of my open ticket regarding my account being disabled. still no human response to my ticket, i have a BBB report and i told discord in my ticket that i’m rejecting their response to my BBB ticket if not responded to within 5 days, especially since next week i lose access permanently to my account due to them initiating the deletion process.

my advice, file a ticket, if they don’t answer by day 2 or 3, file a better business bureau complaint.
