Account disabled

Hi, so my discord account got disabled, and I've tried to reach about it multiple times but so far everytime I do the nelly bot keeps marking it as solved but Im not getting any help as to why my account got disabled and when I try to appeal it the same thing is happening so if anyone has any ideas on what I can do please tell me.

    If it keeps marking it as solved then get the request to be active , tell them that you need help and that it isn't solved I guess. If your account is disabled for 14 days it will be banned. I have the same issue currently and I am waiting for a response.
