platform wide moderators/amabassadors

a group of platform-wide ambassadors/moderators who do not work for Discord but help them with reading, and acting on reports, server malpractice, and IAR reports they have powers like Discord Employees but work on a volunteer timeless basis they have a separate badge indicating there Volunteering to do this they have a say in how discord works but NOT as much as the employees

they apply on discord.com and when they are accepted it adds them to a server with all the safety employees where webhooks forward IARs to hidden channels they all sign NDAs and contracts to NEVER share any information about reports with others

these ambassadors/moderators will be the discord staff's right hand and the direct line between them and the community I think something like this will love this and no more outcry about currupt T&S and other stuff like there also be a Report moderator button on employee and ambassador accounts these reports are read and act on by the higherup the only exclusion being Jason(he's the CEO he cant be demoted)

I as an member of discord who seen a lot of evil done on this amazing platform love to apply for such a program one that grants me the power to help others and keep my favorite platform safe and happy
