Please implement the ability to turn in live captions in voice channels for the deaf or hard of hearing!

  Discord will very likely never add this, as it’s much too intensive to run for everyone in a VC. I wrote a Discord bot to do this though, if you’d like to check it out you can find it at https://scripty.org :)
