Different Role Icons for Light & Dark Themes To See More Easily

I've seen different role colors suggested for light/dark mode, but I don't see any requests for custom role icons based on light/dark mode. Our icons have a transparency and are solid-colored, and it would be nice to upload a white icon for themes considered “dark” and a black icon for themes considered “light” so users can see and distinguish them more easily.
