My account was banned because i was in a server that broke TOS without knowing, i've been trying to get in contact with a real person because bots are terrible to deal with but every time i open a ticket it's closed by a bot and i don't get any answers

please help

  If a server broke a TOS,  you wouldn't get ban unless it's your server
