Account Disabled for "TOS Violation"

My friend's Discord account (FinalxNinja#2826) was disabled not too long ago, apparently due to "TOS Violations". He had his account for over 5 years (made in Feb. of 2016, and was disabled in May 2021) and only violated the Terms of Service ONCE (in which he wasn't aware that what he did had violated the Terms of Service. Does Discord (compared to other social media platforms) not do or give a three-strike system (or something where the punishment gets worse instead an immediate termination)? When he tried to respond to the Trust & Safety member via Email to sort things out, they ignored him and within a month, they disabled his account...

I hope (Trek of T&S) sees this, and can help sort this out...

    Something similar happened to me recently, my account was deleted for supposedly violating the terms and conditions and community guidelines, I was victim of a scam and a virus that spammed taking control of my Discord application.

    It's another bot wave, Discord is just punishing people who use the platform now. I've just been banned without warnings for no reason. So im trying to get an appeal completed.

    I got false reported for being under the age of 13, yet I'm 25--made multiple tickets and I'm getting ghosted by support every time.

     

    Marked every ticket as ‘solved’, no response, account still disabled…first time trying to talk to support and so far it's been a horrible experience. 

     

    Acc made in 2015, been on Nitro ever since.
