Account Disabled
An account on my email got disabled because I connected it to that email, I keep on sending emails about how they are talking about the wrong account and they should check the other one
Account 1 got banned because a hacker abused my account and broke ToS
Account 2 got disabled because I connected it to that email
I keep on sending emails with Account 1 for some reason is there a way to change this? Account 2 is very important I practically did nothing wrong.

It is likely Account 2 was disabled for a reason other than having it linked to the same email as Account 1. If possible, could you provide me with more insights, such as the email you received when your account disabled or any recent activity you’re aware of?
You are unable to change the name of your account on the support website, however the email you use to create a ticket is logged as whichever is the most up-to-date account on the app itself.

The Mail I keep on getting is
"Hello,
Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.
Sincerely,
Discord Trust & Safety"
When it got disabled I got no email just like with Account 1. It's odd because as soon as I changed my email it got disabled, I did nothing special.

Haunt also it is odd that the support website and email show the account that has been banned 6 months ago…

Howdy gorott.,
Your discord support profile will not update automatically, the reason it stays the same is because there is not a system in place to automatically stay up-to-date with your Discord accounts. When you signup on this website with a certain email, it stays the same until your profile is suspended on the website as well.
If you're receiving a reply from Clyde stating your account will not be reinstated, thoroughly explain the situation and request a human review on your appeal.

I have had the exact same problem Haunt. 6 days later and I am nervous my account wont ever be reinstated.

Haunt hi am lost I tried to talk to discord about my disabled account and they don’t even try to help, always with the bot I need help I didn’t do anything wrong I was disabled 2years ago and it was kinda resolved bc it was there mistake and now it’s there mistake again but there not even try to help please help me I have a lot of memories in my account am a member since 2019 and I want to stay apart of the community
