Account Disabled from Chargebacks
My account was recently hacked and the hacker gifted either himself or someone else a $99.99 yearly subscription to Nitro. I obviously went straight to my bank to dispute the charges, especially since it’s Christmas time and that is needed funds right now. Not only did my bank have to disable my card, and not be able to send me a new one until CHRISTMAS DAY, my discord account has also been disabled due to said issue. My ticket number is (41836245), I am a trusted user since 2017 and buy Nitro for my personal account but have never gifted Nitro to anyone. I got a response from “Clyde” a few days ago pretty much telling me I have 14 days to remove the disputes and pay up or there is nothing they can do. I even got confirmation emails saying there is a new location logging into my account, then following email of a $99.99 receipt of Nitro gifted to someone not even on my friends list. I changed the password to my discord and linked email immediately and but still all of that evidence is not enough for support to reply to me again. I need help ASAP, I absolutely need this account I have everything gaming and even work from discord time to time. Please if support can see this or anyone knows what I can do let me know ASAP.

Can you share how your account got compromised? Or how you think it did.

My discord password and email password were very similar, I also play FiveM and a lot of downloads are found on different servers I’m in like Fuzzy Leaks and a few other I can’t remember. May have clicked on some compromising links as well.

And I assume no 2FA enabled?

No unfortunately never got around to it but will enable it as soon as i get my account back
