Discord Account Disabled for Chargeback, Still No Response For Five Days
Hi all,
My Discord account was disabled for a chargeback due to a family member's card being input instead of my own for Discord Nitro. However, since his account was actually compromised and Discord happened to be one of the many disputes he submitted, it is not possible for him to withdraw that single chargeback without losing credibility for the very real fraud he has been the victim to. Now, both he and I are more than willing to pay the two months of Discord Nitro under my account, and I have the desire to keep paying for Discord Nitro, but this is impossible if Discord will not even look at my ticket and will let Clyde handle it instead.
As a long time user of Discord, I am very disappointed in their lackluster customer support abilities, but I will nonetheless wait for a response from Discord. I am particularly disappointed due to the fact that the period for deletion of a disabled account is very small, and I firmly believe no account should be deleted if a ticket that has yet to be answered is still in effect, due to it being a key component in if the Discord account deserves disabling in the first place and, subsequently, deletion.
I have issued a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to this, as well as reached out to Discord through X, and I have not sent any other tickets or send any other message in said ticket, except for one to mark it for a Discord associate to respond to. I hope for nothing but the best for my case, but as the time keeps going on, I am losing that hope.

I assume all of the requests are handled by bots in this sector I've been disabled for about a week now and I can't seem to get a proper response. I would recommend just trying to open another request and keeping it open until an actual staff member arrives.
