Discord issue

My account has been disabled for almost 7+ days I appealed and I have gotten 0 transparency. This company made billions from users using their platform and this is how their support is to try to come back an AI bot that doesn't respond in over 3-30+ days and 0 transparency about where your ticket is, what ticket number you are, and how you got disabled. Bro tell me why a bigger company has better support than this one. And they dare to enable a deleted account if you don't reenable it? and best part you have 0 contact with Discord support team

    I'm 11 days and my 3 year account is still saying disabled i received the same Cylde messagem3 asked for human review and nothing. It was 5 days ago i they emailed me they are getting to my ticket but it now says its solved. I'm so frustrated i don't want to lose my account after so long.. I tried creating new account but hours later i was logged out and account disabled again  to I. iits same thing happens I dont know what to do now please i need help!
