Discord falsely disabled my account for underage and is actually ignoring my ticket - update

(edit) If anyone from discord support is reading this, I'm losing hope - my ticket number is  41756831 and my discord username is timofthenight. Please don't let it be deleted, I have provided all necessary evidence.

 

This is a followup I really don't want to make to my other post a few days ago - 

It has now been more than a week since I submitted my ticket. Earlier today, I checked it and it said that there was activity on it hours ago, from discord staff, I assume. No response, no confirmation, no message of any kind, account still disabled. 

It's really hard not to take something like this personal, as in someone who could do something about it and right this wrong looked at the ticket, probably opened the evidence I attached, and just shrugged and ignored it, not even bothering to give me a response. Ticket is still open.

How callous does a support team have to be to willfully ignore support tickets after opening it?

I sincerely hope this gets sorted out as soon as possible.

    How do you check if your ticket has activity?

    open your ticket, menu on the right will show you when it was created & last activity if you're on PC

    I assume it works on mobile too but I haven't checked

    Did you do anything after seeing activity on the ticket? Mine is in this position now and I don't know if I should add a response to the same ongoing ticket or just leave it alone and continue to wait for any response. Thank you.

    They never actually told me the reason for disabling my account. I just guessed it must have been a false underage accusation and sent them proof.
