Falsely banned for the second time

Lets start off with, I’ve been on discord since 2017. 

My first ban was for being underage, last month, delayed responses but finally unbanned. 

Second ban, today at 6:19 EST, I wake up to another ban for “Your account was involved in malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine.” AND my discord server with +1300 members is deleted!! 

So clearly, my discord server, which was an LFG server😂 was taken down for apparently hacking or fraud or whatever. There was nothing illegal ever promoted in the server, no hacks, it’s actually in my rules that hacking isnt allowed (its a rainbow six siege LFG server) 

Anyway, i have been falsely banned and my discord server of over a year and halfs work, all gone. 
I have NUMEROUS amounts of servers and people that broke/break TOS for this reason and they’re still fine. Ill provide a list for you disgusting discord workers who dont care about actually users. 

Koshka.wtf (sells software to hit off internet) R6Hibania (sells stolen game accounts and cheats) Infiniumms Accounts (stolen accounts) R6 Detox (stolen accounts and cheats) Eternity.wtf (cheats) 

Short list of servers with owners who ACTUALLY break TOS, but hey who knows, maybe i’ll get unbanned for the second time after getting falsely banned again, but then again, probably not, either way my server is gone, my many nitro subscriptions are gone, this application does not care about their users.

    What's interesting, exactly the same thing happened to me in 3 days, with the same details, I think that some of Steph's team ban a person in order to prove their presence

    What is also interesting, I've reported many servers and people for sending malicious .exes or selling cheats, stolen accounts, harmful software (abilities to hit internet offline) WITH PROOF and still have NEVER been banned. I have reported these people on multiple accounts and still nothing, and these are BIG servers, THOUSANDS of members. But, they would rather ban innocent users. They can easily fix this issue by um maybe LOOKING IN THE SERVER lol. 
     

    Overall, discord would rather ban and delete servers that are genuinely a community with lower members than ones with 5000+ that are blatantly selling and promoting distribution of stolen accounts etc. like it is very clear that my 2 general chats, music chat, bot commands chat, staff chat, animals chat, and staff chat, (only chats in server BTW) are not anything that break TOS.

    since we want to ban innocent users helping this application, heres some servers and their owners who break the TOS and have been for YEARS 

    Owner: k1iritoqn been selling accounts and cheats for YEARS(3+) and hes 15! wonder how old he wouldve been 3 years ago…
