How to change the server owner if you don’t have access to your account?

I own several important servers and moderate them on a daily basis. Yesterday my account was suddenly blocked, although I did not break the rules. I wanted to know how to change the owner of the server if there is no access to the account? Is it possible to do this somehow through technical support? I can verify my identity via mail and telephone. I wrote to technical support to unban my account, but no one answers there. I think you need to create a new account and somehow transfer the rights to the server to the new account.
