Discord Trust & Safety team is a lost cause
After 9 tickets and nearly all of them with automatic Cylde Bot answers with several attemps to reopen ticked marked as “solved” that aren't solved I must say I get frustraded. 14 days ago my account got deactivated. It was sudden, it was without a warning and I didn't even receive an e-mail with a reasoning. The Trust & Safety team doesn't respond to me and some guy keeps marking some of my tickets with “solved”.
I didn't do anything wrong and I just want my account back that I have since 2016. Can you believe it? Nearly 7 years of Discord presence gone, because a faulty system marked me and got me banned. I was in over 40+ Server. Just one server needs to get flooded with TOS breaking stuff and because of faulty moderation it gets through, then it gets reported by some users and all server members get doomed to be banned too. I even got the supporter from the first hour badge god damn it. So why must I endure collective punishment for the fault of a poor server managment? It must be the only reason my account got deactivaded, because for the love of God I can't imagine another one.

On the same boat. Heard that trust and safety is on leave till 2nd January. I think best course is to wait a while and then remind them again later. It takes 30 days before an account is deleted so good chance they will respond in time.

Currently happening to me this week.
I posted in a Diablo Server saying that I would run people in dungeons, and I was flagged for Financial Fraud.
Nothing but auto responses. Not one person will reply to my tickets.0
