Terrible job of discord support

Dear discord. The situation that is happening to me causes me to switch to another messenger and forget about you as a terrible dream. Why can't I restore my account for 2 weeks? Tickets are closed just like that, but there is no result, it takes 5-6 days to wait for a response. It's just terrible. I don't understand why you can't just activate it, I've attached all the proof of my age to the ticket. No result. And why was it turned off anyway? This account is already 6 years old, do you think I would come home at 7 and watch NSFW content? It even sounds like complete nonsense! I don't understand how to reach you anymore!
