Still waiting for my discord account to be hastily given back to me before it's deleted (in countdown phase)

My old account was hacked about 2 weeks ago and discord support STILL hasn't the job of acknowledging the account was stolen, changing the email back to my own, and letting me have my account back from a scammer. 
It is INSANE how poorly managed support is especially on holidays, I genuinely feel bad for the team here (which is likely small). Still, my old account might get deleted and it feels like me and my easy to fix issue is being ignored and/or brushed aside and it's giving me horrible anxiety, they should really overhaul support because so many people get trapped between the massive cracks.
