Higher Level Organization Option

In server organization there is largely only the options of channels and categories. Of course these are very helpful on their own for more surface level organization but the introduction of a third type of organization higher than categories would be beneficial. IE: It could work with drop down menus similar to categories but instead it would go Section>Category>Channel.

Basically the proposal is to have another level of organization higher than category for further server sorting possibilities.
