Clips AI Sampling should not be automatically on for users and it's an invasion of privacy and basic human decency that it is.

Hey this new clips sampling is awful and ridiculous. If, IF, you were going to do something as gross as this, it should be OPT-IN, not automatically on and recording! What a gross violation of user privacy and rights. You have people under 18 on discord who cannot legally consent to things like this too! I'm disgusted and appalled by this stealth addition. If you were going to include something like this, it should have been a pop-up on update telling you it is an option you could enable, not something quietly inserted I had to find out from a copypasta was automatically on!

I joined discord because it was better than any other platform at the time, but I'm seriously working on convincing my server friends to migrate back to skype and teamspeak after this. I feel gross all over and sick to my stomach. What an awful, awful thing to have done to your userbase.
