Account got disabled and ignored?

7 days ago(30st december), before the new year, my account was blocked, and because of this, I could not celebrate it with my friends without writing a reason, I wrote an application for a ban and only today I finally got an answer with the reason that I allegedly said my unrealistic age (which I did not do), as a result, I tried to prove that I was old enough to use the discord (born in 1996), but the operator apparently did not notice the date of birth and wrote that people under 13 should not use the discord, closed the application, and I'm sitting now in real shock ngl.
