Account Was Disabled, No E-mail, No Clarification.
So I'm going to give the long story. A few months earlier I'd been hacked via a phishing attempt. It was a perfect storm situation that caused me to fall for something I'm usually more cautious about…and I had to have discord retrieve the account for me. This took two months of struggling with customer service and dealing with the fact that whomever was handling the case apparently had no idea what to do. This resulted in my account being sold, even though the person handling my case had responded day 1 of my interaction with him and clearly either had nothing to do with the investigation or simply didn't know how to handle discord's support system.
Then I had to deal with a totally new guy that was going around using my sold account doing god knows what; probably botting. All when I and several other people came with clear evidence of what was going on and proof of ownership. If they needed I could have given them all kinds of information if they simply asked for it. They didn't.
Sometime yesterday, I try to log on after noticing my account had been logged out of my browser ( I use Opera GX) and have no idea why. There was no e-mail. There was no communication at all. I had to put in a support ticket for contact to find out what on earth happened. Clyde just stated apparently I'd violated ToS somehow and that they would not reinstate the account…
It was right of me to decide to no longer support Discord or pay for their services any longer. If I'd for a second thought any different I'd have been sick over the fact that I'd have lost services and wound up paying for nothing.
Anyway…There's no request for help here. I just wanted to vent and also let people know what they're getting themselves into if a similar situation occurs to them. Chances are you aren't getting the account back and you'll probably just have it disabled later anyway.

Sucks to hear. It's a disgrace how terrible this company's support and account safety features are, considering it's a billion dollar company.
Their Twitter Support is a total joke too. It feels like there's 1 intern who's replying with “Oh, what's wrong with your account :O”, which isn't what anyone wants to hear after having their account disabled or taken from them.
The lack of live chat or the possibility to call them for emergencies is a joke too. If your account is compromised, you simply have to send a mail/ticket and pray to every god you know. There is literally no other way to communicate, other than this platform we're on, which they don't actually read.
Not to mention the actual application just gets worse and worse. Updates no one wants and no way for users to change back to older UI.
After my terrible experience with discord support, and reading up on plenty of other people's terrible experiences, I sincerely wish a rival application to Discord shows up so we can stop using Discord. The only reason I use this app is because my friends do - I'd jump ship immediately if they would too.
Probably not what you wanted to read, but I simply wanted to add to the vent pile.

Same situation with me too, woke up and I was logged out and my account is disabled, no email, no response from support, crazy how they can just nuke your account and force you to go through their support for weeks just to get a response.

When the account is disabled with no email, it appears a message you sent has been deemed illegal by an AI Moderation that they have which means it is impossible to get your account back

Seems this isn’t a new thing, a lot of people are experiencing the same issue. Logged out and account disabled with no real reason given. This is unacceptable for a million dollar company who is meant to support their user base.
