I wrote over 15 appeals, asking why my account got banned. Half of them were written in Polish, and the other half in English. Out of those 15 (or more) appeals, I only received 2 human responses, and most of them were copy-paste or left on 'delivered' without any response.

The one human response I received told me to appeal for my age. When I did, providing my ID, face, username, etc., I either received no response or a generic message stating, 'Sorry, your account was disabled for violating our rules, blah blah' :3

    It's indeed fr bad, got my acc disabled bcs they mistook my age, when I am actually 17, proceeded to sent an appeal, which was reasonably denied bcs I am too incompetent to send a single clear pic with all stuff they asked for, then i sent the second one 7 days ago (improved pic) , now I just have 7 days to restrieve my acc or else yk, but I don't expect a second review, it's kinda bleak to lose a 4 years old acc

    Hi, by submitting multiple tickets, they deem you to be a spammer will not review it most likely. And sending tickets will move all your tickets to the bottom of the list which means further waiting. Focus on a single ticket

    Well i tried that Mikey but they just didint care at all,and all of the responses i got was that copy paste stuff from bots ;/

    You should focus on the first ticket sent as that will likely be the one they reply to. If they reply with copy paste and mark it as resolved, add a new comment demanding a real person and repeat the waiting

    Submitting multiple tickets only makes it worse, it will automatically push it to the end of the queue.

    Hey there, when appealing for a ban that was cited for being ‘underage’ this is what you want to do:

    1.  Redirect to https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    2. Select 'Appeals & Age Update Requests'
    3. Select 'Update Age Information'
    4. Enter your Phone Number (Optional)
    5. Enter your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

    6. List the Subject as “Account Banned for allegedly being underage”
    7. In the description, provide details about how you were banned for allegedly being underage.

    REQUIREMENT:
    In addition to the information provided above, upload a photo of yourself in “Attachments”. In the photo, you must be holding your photo ID, which clearly shows your date of birth, and piece of paper with your (or your teen’s) Discord username.

    You have about a month to submit your appeal before your account is permanently deleted, and you must be patient otherwise you're just decreasing your chances of receiving support in a matter of time.

    Also, you showing how you spammed tickets shows the reason why you received no response or a generic message stating you were banned for violating their rules. They more than likely think you're a spammer at this rate, just be patient, as there is nothing more you can do about this situation.

    Update my account got banned and i got left with no explanation or whatever
