Falsely Disabled Account
So yesterday (18th january) I came back home from an outting with some friends since we had an exam that day and wanted to blow off some steam. I have been studying all week and haven't been on discord as much like 2 or 3 times since monday(14th january). After I got home I opened the app on my PC and saw that I was logged out and thought “Oh.. A new security feature I guess”. After entering my log in I saw the message “Your account has been disabled”. I was shocked to be blunt. I opened a request and got a very vague answer. I don't what happened there and how can I fix it since I have a lot of memories from chatting with classmates during the lockdown and stuff like that. Idk what I should do.

Check email, if your account is disabled by age verification or other. If not you may have been AI banned which is well RIP.

Ye I forgot to include I didn't receive an email about it, the first one I got was once I sent my request.

yea sadly it seems theres no one who actually is around to do anything and they've left it all to the bot. my account got disabled back in december mid call and all i get back is that i violated a ToS and nothing will be done. i've opened several tickets gotten no responses and have watched my tickets be closed on Discords end with no responses from anyone.

Headsniper I got disabled mid december too, was in a conversation with a friend. No clue what triggered the AI and we will probably never know sadly
