After being disabled and taking forever to receive an answer by the AI, my account got deleted and i completely lost everything

Title says it all, at first i got mass reported for being “underage” by a kid that i banned on my discord server for causing troubles and - even though my account has a phone number linked, been active for more than 5+ years and was linked to twitch and everything - the AI deactivated my account and asked me for documents. I then sent all of the documents and it took a month for a discord automatic response from a bot to come saying that the documents weren't clearly visible and to submit a new request. So i sent a new request and by the time i got to get answered by a real support member, the person told me that my account had been deleted already and that it couldn't find any account with my infos.

So basically, all that i have invested in my server over the year (i own a big valorant server where i was hosting tournament and giving prizes) and the time i've spent in it, is now gone with the account and a random person on my server seems to have got the ownership and is now trying to sell the server

This is so sad, i've even lost all of my friend list and the contacts i had made over the years, is there ANYTHING that could be done to retrieve all of that?

    I'm very worried this is about to happen to me too, looking athow common it seems to be in the feedback section, it looks like people are very frustrated with the service from discord. 

    I hope they do find a way to get your account back. 

    I  don't understand what goes on behind the curtains or why there is so much lack of transparancy about being flagged or the appeals process.

    The thing that does feel common is that once the account is locked there's not much chance you can get it back. Years of making friends, connecting with people, gone over a false accusation.

    I wish it was better for the both of us.

    Well i can tell you that your account's gonna get deleted before they get to answer you and that you'll lose everything, then you'll try to contact back the support and get answered by the same bot over and over again telling you that it won't be answering you and giving you informations unless you contact them with the email linked to your disabled account, but your account will be deleted and will no longer be linked to that email so the bot will never be able to answer you and will mark all your tickets as “solved”

    Only way to get something would be to over spam them and threaten to sue them if they don't give you your informations package and things like that since it is regulated by the GDPR laws

    The same thing happened to me, except mine was disabled for “sending threats to others”. My account was disabled December 28th. It is January 28th, and still no human response, but my account is now deleted. After my appeals were repeatedly marked as solved and ignored, I tried contacting them on Twitter, through email, Instagram, Reddit, etc. Literally NOTHING. Right around the time I was considering getting Nitro again. I'm never giving them another penny.

    I get my account hacked and the default email was changed. i assume the hacker is using my account to scam others accounts. Discord take so much time to answer or just do a account resetting. Well, i think i lost everything too. The Discord support need more human support team. After that, i'll don't get nitro ever again.
