My account has been hacked

Hello, my main account gain_mark got hacked yesterday on 1/29 around 7:40ish to 7:50? Hawaiian standard time. The person who hacked me was pretending to be a of mine friend and started texting me. The person pretending to be my friend then sent me a link asking for help on a "game" so I clicked on the link and then I downloaded the file which then signed me out of everything and then I could no longer sign into my account. Then when he hacked my account and he started texting all of my other friends the same thing. I also do not have 2FA enabled so I am unable to change the password because I believe the hacker enabled it and so now I cant get into my account through resetting my password.
