  Been 23 days for me. All I've got has been automated responses and if I submit tickets with alternative requests, they just mark those as solved.

  I've also created ticket for site for menu prices  but have no response on my ticket. I'm uncertain about the cause and solution. I'm optimistic it'll be sorted soon.
