The server owner's account has been stolen

Hello, I created a discord server. I accidentally left it once and a friend got the owner. He gave me all the permissions but not the owner. But now his account has been stolen. Can you kick him off the server? (After providing proof of course). Logically there shouldn't be a problem with this, we really don't want to lose our server full of photos of memories etc..
